Alterations & Fit-Outs

If you are planning to build, buy or lease a property and you intend to adapt or alter it to suit your particular needs, then you may want us to consider and advise you on design, construction and statutory implications of the works.

There may be specific rules and regulations that may be applicable to your project. If you are a lease holder you may need to consider landlord issues, if you have a listed building there may be limitations set by English Heritage or the local Planning Office. You may need to consider the new Disability Discrimination Act or Fire Regulations. There may also be Party Walls implications.
